Lily was amazing! I was having terrible back/sciatic problems after a backpacking trip, and she really took the time to work out the painful areas. She also gave me recommendations for how to mitigate the pain later at home. Very kind and knowledgeable (with a firm touch!). I have been going to Reboot for years and it's always worth it.
